30 Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resaleable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Free Exchanges in Australia
For exchanges within Australia, we will provide a free Australia Post return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, we will send your replacement item free of charge.
How to Return an Item

Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed and in resaleable condition.

Include your proof of purchase in the parcel.

Send the item using the return label provided through our Returns Centre.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
International Returns
For customers outside Australia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, we will ship your exchange free of charge.
