Returns Policy

Placed an order and would like an easy return or exchange?

Visit our automatic Returns Centre for all the details you'll need.

  • All orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

  • Return the item to the address label provided at your nearest post office or arrange for collection to the delivery address stated below.

  • Domestic (Australia) exchanges are free of charge. For exchanges within Australia, we will send you a free Australia Post return shipping label.

How to Return your item(s)

  • Simply return your unworn item(s) in a resaleable condition, in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

  • Note: Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or postage reimbursement after this period.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a matching invoice to be included in your parcel when you send it back.

Using the return label provided, please go to your local post office and arrange postage to the stated address in the item's original packaging. The cost of returning the item will be returned to you in conjunction with our Refund Policy Terms.

  • You can insure the parcel for its RRP but that is up to your own discretion.

  • Please note, we will not issue refunds on parcels that are lost and it is under the sender's discretion to ensure the parcel arrives back to us safely.

We are not responsible for covering any customs charges that may be incurred and recommend that you take discretion over these charges when sending your parcels from abroad.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any missing items or parcels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to the original method of payment.


Late or Lost Deliveries

If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel, please contact us at info@oxcloth.com.au, and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We can take no responsibility for lost orders if using an untracked delivery service or an incorrect/unoccupied address. We suggest checking with neighbors or colleagues when applicable.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account, credit card company, and bank to verify the status of your refund, as sometimes these providers can experience delays in processing payments.

Postal or Customs Charges

We are not responsible for any import or customs charges you may incur while receiving or dispatching your goods. If returning items to us, please ensure that any duties are paid for, if applicable.


Pre-Orders

All pre-ordered items will be dispatched on the stated date using the shipping method purchased with the order.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We will happily exchange any unsuitable items, providing they are unworn and in a resalable condition, returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Postage will be refunded to you*.

For International Exchanges (New Zealand and Europe)
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will ship your exchange free of charge and cover the cost of shipping.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
